Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not qualify for a refund but can be rescheduled.

Products purchased from Canine Compost LLC may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
